Monte Silver focuses exclusively on representing clients on cross-border matters between Israel and the United States. His main areas of practice are taxation, real estate and technology transactions, litigation, and IP monetization– all in the international context. His clientele includes (i) Israeli banks, insurance companies, and large real estate and technology companies, with regard to transactional and litigation matters in the US, (ii) US/Israeli high wealth individuals and mobile employees, and (iii) Israeli funds investing in U.S real estate.
On the technology side, Silver has been closely involved with Israeli companies for over 15 years, serving as counsel and active Board member for private and publically traded Israeli entities.
Licensed in both countries, Silver's legal experience includes previous employment at the I.R.S., U.S. Tax Court, California State Board of Equalization and leading U.S. & Israeli firms.
